The VISION ONE catamaran was designed for efficiency, large volume, stability, shallow draft, low maintenance plus comfort and ease of operation. A Scott Jutson design provides a proven and tested line as known by this designer world wide, built in Mackay by Vision Marine. Powered by modest 320kw (490 hp) Cummins diesels, shaft drives to four bladed propellers in tunnels for maximum thrust plus protection. Top speed is around 22 knots and a cruising frugal speed for long distance coverage at 10.5 knots allows for around 45 lts per hr.  The 4000 lt fuel tank at this speed would allow Gold Coast to Sydney and return on  one tank. Built to 2C survey for 12 plus 4 crew (offshore) and 27 in calm waters, VISION ONE engineering meets above commercial standards and only requires final paper work submitted should purchaser require in survey. Systems on board have been kept to a simple operation including, Sea Bus electrical, 2 generators, water maker, inverter/charger, washing machine & dryer, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters plus hydraulic anchor system. Accommodation is located forward of salon both port and starboard with owner's directly forward which is based around a full width owners stateroom with walk around king size bed, There are 2 guest staterooms - a queen size bed plus the other with 2 king size single beds, all staterooms have their own en suites, TV, air cond, plenty of cupboards and storage, When boarding it is a simple step onto platform where water sports and fishing can occur - walk through to aft deck for lounging , dining, then into the salon with galley on starboard and dining table to port. through the salon forward leads up to cocktail lounge and further up to sky lounge, helm and top deck. Vision has an abundance of head room which also sets her apart 2.10m (7ft) throughout, walk around control system, shallow draft enabling her to venture where others can not.
